I have been selling real estate full time in the Winchester,Frederick and Clarke Counties of Virginia since 1982. I also am licensed to sell in West Virginia and sell in some counties of West Virginia that are close to the Virginia/West Virginia line. Since becoming licensed in Virginia, I have been a member of the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors.
I relocated from Philadelphia to Winchester and enjoy representing those relocating into the area. Over the years, I have represented both sellers and buyers in the sale of or purchase of homes, lots, farms, land and commercial properties. The sale or purchase of real estate can be a stressful one and it is important to me to try to make the process as easy and stress free as possible. I love working by referral and most of my business has come from past clients or referral. Over the years of my career, I have earned the Code or Ethics Award from the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors, was recognized by the Virginia Association of Realtors Honor Society for the Year 2018 and am a Hall of Fame member of the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors earned through consistent sales production for a continuing number of years.
In order to best serve my clients, I have always believed it extremely important to obtain as much education as possible on a continuing basis. As a result, I hold Brokers licenses in the states of Virginia, West Virginia and New Jersey and I have earned several designations: CRS or Certified Residential Specialist - the highest credential awarded to agents, managers and brokers in residential real estate. The GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute) indicates increased proficiency and knowledge of real estate; CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) is a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. SRES(Seniors Real Estate Specialist) trained to meet the needs of buyers and sellers over 50 in the selling, buying and relocating. SFR( Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification.
